It is customized with your account details and includes notification updates in each section for you to inform us of anything necessary. This updates your account immediately, and the appropriate personnel will receive a notification as soon as they get in the next business day.
Accessing the Client Portal
Click the download link below to download our client portal. Once downloaded, double-click the file or right-click and open. It is a standalone application, so nothing is installed on your device locally. When the application starts, you will see this prompt. This prompt is a security feature to protect all of our users against phishing or other fraud and scam attacks. The prompt will ask if you want to continue and connect and remotely access our secure server. Click connect and continue and you'll be welcomed by our user-friendly UI.
If you do not see this prompt, the application has been altered and is likely malicious. Close the file immediately and report it to your local government agency.
What we need from you
- Verify wellness status and current trustee responsibilities.
- If payment was made since Sept 10, note the date and method.
- If payment is still pending, add an expected payment date or request a plan.
